Very friendly staff. Boarded my 2 cats here. Everyone there adored the cats. The main person in charge will update me daily about the cats and provide extra guidance on how to care for the cats, such as their diet and so on when i ask. Even after i bring the cays home, she will still check on the cats and provide me advice when i ask. I am updated daily on the cats' pee and poop situation and how much they eat. I am also given videos daily of their playtime. I am also given a video link where i can see the cats anytime i want. Transitioning the cars back to home was easy too. Will definitely board the cats there again!

My husband and I have boarded our 3.5yo Aby at Mutts & Mittens in Joo Chiat more than 5 times now across the last two years - from as short as a few days, to nearly one month at the longest. Catherine & team have been amazing with him, and from the start, we were impressed with how big the boarding rooms are, the cleanliness, and the 24/7 CCTV. They have been so accommodating when checking availability for us, and also are very diligent with his meal, treat, and playtime habits and updates. We trust the whole team is very caring of our Zeki, and always has his welfare in mind.

Mutts & Mittens (Joo Chiat - For Cats) is on the TOP of my List of BEST Boarding House for Kittys. They are VERY Professional , also treated my pet with utmost care and with personal touch. There is daily reports/updates (ongoing basis) on his activities and also remote CCTV viewing. We have a whatsapp channel which communications is on a very good response time. There is a lot of attention on details and care. Entrusting my pet there has given me confidence and peace of mind that he is in good hands and well looked after. PIC Catherine is always on hand to update and offer advise. I'd checked myself in for a staycation if that was ever possible !!

Mutts n Mittens have a wonderful and caring team who showered our community cat (our old gangster boy) with love and attention. It was palliative care for our old boy, Garfield, but we couldn't have put him in better hands. In those last few weeks, they never gave up on him and they melted his heart and his tough veneer. For that, we are forever indebted to them. To anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring boarding place, I cannot recommend Mutts n Mittens enough.

Grateful to have found Mutts & Mittens here at Joo Chiat. Our cat Mochi was well taken care of while we were away for a long period of time. We were kept updated daily on all aspects of his well being - playtime, feeding (as well as pee and poop updates too). As pawrents so far away, these updates were something we looked forward to each day. Mochi's room also had a 24/7 CCTV which was fantastic as we missed him tremendously while we were away. All in all, the team at Mutts & Mittens were amazing. We appreciated not just their frequent updates, but the ease of communication in our WhatsApp group. Heartfelt thanks again for the great care.
